SPEED ADJUSTED TO 407 J MILES. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Oct. 15. Owing to a slight error in calculating the time of the first lap, the Royal Aero Club has revised Flight-Lieut. Stainforth’s speed to 407.5 miles per hour, which the International Federation has been asked to approve as ■ a world record.
