QUICK COCONUT ICE. j Put one pound of icing sugar into a basin and mix it well •with a quarter of a pound of desiccated coconut. Have ready some hot milk, and, using a little at a time, make the mixture, into a stiff paste with it, stirring with a large fork. Divide the ice into, three parts.-Leave one white, colour one pink with £- few drops of cochineal, and the other brown with a little cocoa well worked in. If the ice is too soft, add a little more coconut or sugar; if too stiff, add more milk.
