.TRAGEDY AT KANGITIKEI RACES. ,

Marton, July 30. There was a fatal accident at‘ the Rangitikei Hunt Steeplechase meeting yesterday. Evan McGregor, an early settler, aged 61, fell from his mount, at a hurdle arid the . animal rolled bn-him. He died before admission to the hospital. He leaves a widow and-ten children.'
