EVERYBODY’S FAMILY NIGHT TO-NIGHT. “The Sea Wolf,” Fox Movietone's all talking adaptation of Jack London’s greatest thriller, will be finally presented at Everybody’s to-night. Milton Sills appears in the leading role as “Wolf” Larsen, and he is ably supported by Raymond Hackett and Jane Keith. “The Sea "Wolf” is preceded by an excellent number of shorts. COMMENCING TO -MORROW NIGHT. The bounding hit-wits of “The Cuckoos” are at it again. Bert Wheeler and Robert Woolsey, equipped with an even funnier story, outfitted with a set of brand new gags and tearing around at a wilder pace than ever before, will be seen in their latest feature comedy howl, “Half Shot at Sunrise,” starting at Everybody’s to-morrow (Wednesday) night. This favourite fun team of the talkies is said to surpass all previous achievements in “Half Shot.” Wheeler and Woolsey are seen as doughboys absent without leave, in Paris, where they experience the most hilarious of events. Their comic antics are hailed as even more amusing than in their previous successes, “Rio Rita,” “Dixiana,” and “The Cuckoos.” THE REGENT. “LOVIN’ THE LADIES” FINALLY. “Lovin’ the Ladies” Radio’s delightful all talking comedy drama starring Richard Dix will be finally presented at The Regent, New Plymouth, to-night. In this picture Dix is ably supported by Lois Wilson, Allen Kearns, Anthony Buschell and Rita La Roy. The supporting programme is high class. DOUBLE FEATURE TO-MORROW. An outstanding Warner Bros’ First National double feature programme will be presented at The Regent, commencing to-morrow (Wednesday) night. Screening first will be “Dancing Sweethearts,” starring Sue Carol and Grant Withers. This picture is a story of boys and girls of to-day whose new code of freedom is approved by no one but themselves. “The Kiss Waltz” is a beautiful number featured in “Dancing Sweetheart.” The second picture is entitled “Murder Will Out,” and features a brilliant array of stars including Jack Mulhall, Lila Lee, Noah Beery, Claude Allister and Tully Marshall. It is claimed to be the most thrilling mystery drama of the year with the outcome absolutely impossible to guess.
