CONDEMNATION OF FASCISTS.

London, July 5. Mussolini is mentioned in all but name in the Pope’s vigorous encyclical condemning the campaign against the Young Catholic societies. It condemns the Fascist oath as illicit and as a pa«an worship of State; it denies that the societies are anti-Fascist and claims that such chr.vges were a pretext to tear the young from the church.
