WEDDINGS

TKYLOCK--TECOFSKY. the Holy Trinity Church, Stratford, cm June 17 Clarice,'eldest daughter of Air. and Mrs. !•’. Tcvolsky. Ngaere, was married to Roland, eldest son of Airs, and the late Mr. A. N. Hayloek, Opunakc Road, Stratford. The Rev. G. 'l. Beale was minister.

The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore ivory celauese satin cut on simple lines with a long Hared skirt. Her beautiful veil with a coronet of orange blossoms fell in a long train. She carried a bouquet of roses and chrysanthemums and maidenhair and asparagus fern. She was attended by Miss Olive Teeofsky and Aliss Annie Hayloek, the former wearing a sea green crepe de chino frock trimmed with lemon and carrying a bouquet of lemon roses and lemon chrysanthemums', and the latter wearing an apricot crepe de chine frock trimmed with tiny blue Howers and carrying a bouquet of apricot chrysanthemums. Each wore black satin shoes. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. Harry Haylock as best man and Air. Lytton David as groomsman. About thirty guests were entertained at. Smith’s, the bride’s mother wearing a frock of black water-silk, trimmed with white, with a black felt hat to tone. The bridegroom's mother wore a frock of black satin beaute. Later the bride and bridegroom left for the north, the bride wearing a brown /and fawn corded velvet frock and fawn coat trimmed . with brown fur and brown shoes and stockings.

BOND—BLLLOT.

The marriage took place at the Holy Trinity Church, Stratford, on Tuesday, June *2, of Olive Alay, eldest daughter of Airs. Saggers and the late Air. A. Bullot, New Plymouth, to Rentle Thornton Bond, well-known Stratford footballer. The Rev. G. T. Beale officiated ami Aliss Aliddlcton was the organist. The bride, who entered the church with her uncle, Air. S. Autridgc, New Plymouth, wore a gown of silk lace with a full silk net skirt falling in graceful folds to the ground, over ivory satin. Her beautifully embroidered veil was held in place by a tiny coronet of orange blossom and pearls. She carried a lovely bouquet of white chrysanthemums, white rosebuds, maidenhair and asparagus ferns. -

In attendance as bridesmaids were Aliss Grace Bullot, sister of the bride,

and Miss Phyllis Hodges, New Plymouth, cousin of the bride. They wore anklelength frocks of floral taffetas in shades of pink and green respectively with shoes and hats to tone and carried Victorian posies in autumn tints. Little Iris Saggers was flower girl. She wore an anklelength frock of pale blue organdie with shoes and Juliette cap to tone, and carried a tiny basket of pale pink flowers.

The bridegroom was attended by Mr. Jack "Walter as best man and Mr. Cyril Gadsby as groomsman. After the ceremony th® bride's mother entertained about 70 guests at her home. She wore a black crepe de chine frock 'with beige collar and cuffs and black hat. Her bouquet was of scarlet flowers and autumn leaves. Later Mr. and Mrs. Bond left by car for the north, the bride travelling in a deep) pink frock with 'beige collar and cuffs. She wore a brown face-cloth coat with fur collar and cuffs and a brown satin, hat with shoes and stockings to match.
