(From Our Own Correspondent.) The fortnightly euchre and dance party was held in the MangorCi hall on Monday night was very well patronised. Euchre prizes were won by Mrs. J. D. Pearce and Mr. Jim Johnston, the consolation prizes going to Miss Evelyn O’Byrne and Mr. H. Wallath. .Dance music was supplied by Mr. S. Flay, extras being played by Miss Evelyn O’Byrne and Miss Dorothy Pearce. The Mangorci dairy factory’s monthly pay-out for May was lOd. Miss Gladys and Dorothy Pearce left on Friday morning to spend a holiday at Wanganui. Miss N. Staviel is staying with Mrs. George Fisher, Mangorei.
