DRAMATIC REVOLVER FIGHT

A dramatic revolver battle between the police and Jagdish and Sukdevraj, two suspected revolutionaries, occurred in Shalimar Gardens near Lahore. The men were wanted in connection .with terrorist conspiracies in the Punjab, i The police, after combing the city, tracked them to the gardens where they Were behind trees. They opened lire and the police replied, killing Jagdish and setiouply injuring Sukdevraj. A reward of £2BO had been offered for the arrest of the latter.
