•MAKING WAY FOR YOUNGER MAN. By Telegraph.-—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Mr. J. H. HoWell, director of the Wellington Technical College, has resigned, giving as his reason that he thought the time had come to make way for a younger man. At a meeting of the board of governors to-night he refused to reconsider his decision. For 25 years he has been a director of technical education, in his earlier years at Christchurch and later at Wellington.
