CHARGE OF STRIPPING CAR.

A party of three Chinese dealt effectively with a man, whom they declared they had discovered in the qct of stripping a motor-car belonging to oiie of them in Alexandria, Sydney, at midnight on February 28. The car had been parked on a vacant allotment, and as soon as the Chinese saw what was happening one of them covered the man with a shotgun while the others crept up behind him and seized and bound him.
