PANES OF GLASS BROKEN

MAN CHARGED WITH DAMAGE.

REMAND MADE FOR OBSERVATION.

Charged with breaking five panes of glass in the house of Emma Quickendeii, Cape Road, on Sunday morning a young man was brought before Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M-, at the New Plymouth Police Court yesterday. The glass was broken at about one o’clock in the morning. The damage was estimated at 37s 6d. On the application of the police the man was remanded in custody for a week for observation purposes.
