QUEEN ACCEPTS PUNJAB ORANGES

RESTRICTION OF TIN PRODUCTION.

Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, Feb. 25. The Queen accepted a case of Punjab oranges from a stall at the British Industries Fair whefe they are on exhibition. Thpy formed part of the first commercial shipment of oranges from India.

Mr. J. H. Thomas, Secretary of State for the Dominions, paid a visit to the fair at Olympia yesterday. During an inspection of the British Malaya stand he expressed confidence in the benefit that would accrue to British Malaya from an acceptance of the world scheme to restrict production of tin.'
