MOTORS AT THE RAIL HEAD.

Gisborne, Last Night.
The Railway Department announces that it has appointed a stationmaster and staff at Putorino, about 25 miles from Wairoa on the Wairoa-Napier line. Arrangements have been made for a motor company to take goods at Putorino for delivery at Wairoa and Gisborne and vice versa.
