THEFTS BY A SOLICITOR
EIGHT CHANGES ADMITTED. COMMITTED FOB. SENTENCE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, Last Night. Leslie Bruce Gilfillan, aged 47 years, a Hamilton solicitor, on eight charges of theft amounting to £278, appeared in court to-day and pleaded guilty to all charges. He was committed to the Su* prenTe Court at Auckland for sentence. Accused admitted that from time to time he had drawn money from his trust account for his own use, leaving insufficient in the account to discharge all his obligations to clients.
