COASTAL MOVEMENTS. The John, from Dunedin, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wanganui, is due at New Plymouth to-day. She will discharge cargo and sail this afternoon for Waikato aiid Westport. (Hooker Bros.). The Progress is to load at Timaru tomorrow and later at Dunedin, Oarnaru, Lyttelton and Wellington for Wanganui and New Plymouth. She should be at Wellington on December 31 and at New Plymouth about January 5. (Hooker Bros.). The Hauturu is due at New Plymouth from Onehunga to-day. She will return this afternoon. (Northern Co.). HUNTINGDON’S ARRIVAL DELAYED. The Huntingdon’s expected arrival at New Plymouth has been delayed, a day, according to advice received by the Union Company. The vessel is now due on December 31 to load 3J50 boxes of. butter, 5775 crates of cheese- and. 10,000 freight carcases of meat. CAMBRIDGE WITH SLAG CARGO. The New Zealand Shipping Company has received cabled advice that the Federal steamer Cambridge left Antwerp on December 18 with basic slag for discharge at Auckland and New Plymouth. She is due at Auckland on January 25 and at New Plymouth early in Febriiary. TURAKINA AT WELLINGTON. To continue her homeward loading to the agency of the Federal Company the New Zealand Shipping Company’s Turakina arrived at Wellington on Sunday morning from New Plymouth. She is to leave again to-day for Auckland to fill up and is scheduled to clear the northern port' oh December 30 for London, Avonmouth, Lyerpool and Glasgow, via th© Panama Canal. The vessel loaded 2847 boxes of butter, 5213 crates ot cheese and 14,000 freight carcases ■ or meat at New Plymouth. . NORTHUMBERLAND IN PORT. The Federal steamer Northumberland arrived at Wellington yesterday morning from Auckland to continue discharge of her Liverpool cargo. She will later p-oceed to Lyttelton, Dunedin and New Plymouth to complete discharge. She is due at New Plymouth on January 9. MONO WAI AT SAN FRANCISCO. The Union Company has received cabled advice that the R.M.'S. Monowat from Wellington arrived at San Francisco on Friday bn her first voyage on the Wellington-San Francisco run.
