The course as planned appears to be an excellent one and a description of the holes will show 'that the time and trouble expended by / Major Conway have yielded good results. '■ No artificial'bunkers will be constructed but the. natural features of the ground have been worked into the scheme wherever possible and care has been taken /to make each hole of the standard golf type. The prevailing westerly wind has npt been, overlooked and a hole of 320 yards such'as the third, which is sligKt- ’ i ‘' ly uphill and into the teeth of the wind, XiU be found.to be a true two-shot hole. (The new course- has no hole so icing as; • '[the Prairie-or ••Home holes (450 yards) on the old: course, but there are seven holes where it will be: found that two really good shots are required to reach the green.
