THE SCHOOL CONGRATULATED. • EXCELLENT ; YEAR’S WORK. . The Central school presentation of prizes and proficiency certificates took place 'yesterday, Mr. F. A. Coleman, chairman of the committee, .presiding. There were also present several other members of the committee and a numbr of parents. Owing, however, .to the disturbance caused by the building which is now in progress the usual ceremony including items by the children .was not held. ‘ ' 7 ' / ( The headmaster, Mr. D. P.
