H, R. Jenkins, 3500. shafdfe; Sir Walter Stringer, Major-General Sir George Richardson and the Hon. E. W. Alison, M.L.C., 500. shares .each; Mr. G. ,C. Muhiis, M;P., 200 shares; Mr, W.,J,,.P. Hddgkiris and Mr. B. Noakes, W0 shares each. Mix Jenkins is charnuijl of the provisional board of. directors. . Th© main object 6f jhe company, is to acquire land.for the cultivation of Tung oil trees and other trees. It will also carry on the business of fruitgrowers. The company will take over. Te Pakt station, formerly .owned by the Keens brothers, at North Cape, and also 800 acres of Coal Point, at the northern entrance to Parenga. Harbour. , The firstmentioned property has been used'as a sheep and cattle stafoii.
