PRINCIPALS SPLENDIDLY FIT. Tommy Donovan, who .is to meet Young Llew Edwards at the New Plymouth Coronation Hall to-night, is in rare condition. The New Zealand champion has undergone a rigorous course of training and his fitness is a tribute to himself and the- very thorough, unassuming Angus McGregor. It is expected that he will be able to maintain a merry pace for the full 15 rounds, ip which case, even if Tommy does not win, his opponent will at least know he has been in a fight. Ruggedness has always been Donovan’s forte and the outcome of his fistic duel vrith the glove wizard from across the Tahman is eagerly awaited.
