SLUMP IN FASTING BUSINESS
- GERMAN EXPONENT SUICIDES. DRIVEN DESPERATE BY HUNGER. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. p.m. . Berlin, Nov. 27. A prominent fasting man known as “Jully” but whose real name is Dr. Adolph Glucksmann, famous for- - lengthy fasts which he conducted in glass causes, has committed suicide.
There was somewhat of a slump in the fasting business, resulting in a diminution of income. Jully left a letter stating he was driven to suicide because he had nothing tq eat. x
