The weather for the most part will be fine but will gradually become unsettled in -western districts with sJjowers later in western and southern portions of the South Island. Temperatures will be warmer to-morrow. A very intense anti-cyclone lias moved on to the Dominion—the pressure at its centre being over 30.5 inches. A depression js advancing across the south Tasman Sea. Winds will be backing to northerlies generally and becoming fresh to strong. Seas will be, moderate generally but later rising south of Cape Egmont.
