MAHIA FOR WANGANUI. The Shaw, Savill and Albion vessel Mahia, which has been loading 7400 boxes of butter and 7120 crates of cheese at New Plymouth, left late last night for Wanganui to continue loading. Later the Mahia will be loaded with dairy produce uit Wellington, Napier and Auckland. The vessel is scheduled to clear Auck-land-on December 10 for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow, via Panama. HUhftTNGDCXN IN BALLAST. The New Zealand Shipping Company has received Advice that the Federal Line steamer Huntingdon was dispatched from Falmouth for New Zealand on November 17 in ballast to load refrigerated and general cargo for England. The vessel’s loading ports have not been announced. She is scheduled to reach New Zealand about December 30. MAUNGANUI AND MONOWAI. The Union Company’s liner Maunganui arrived at Sydney from Wellington at eight o’clock on Saturday morning, having completed her voyage from San Francisco. The vessel js to leave . Sydney to-morrow for Wellington, where she is due next Monday. En route from Devonport, Tasmania, arid Adelaide, the Kurow was expected to leave Melbourne yesterday for Auckland, New Plymouth, Tarakohe, Wellington and Lyttelton. She is due at Auckland early next- week. WESTMORELAND REPAIRING. The Federal steamer Westmoreland,' which arrived at Wellington on Sunday morning from New York, via Auckland, is to tranship . Lyttelton and Dunedin cargo at Wellington and will remain there until Sunday to enable repairs to be made to her engines.' The trouble, which it is understood includes the stripping of some of the blades of her port turbine, developed soon after she left New York, and the vessel steamed at reduced speed on most of her run from that port to Auckland. The trouble/is not serious and the Westmoreland is expected to leave Wellington on Sunday for Wanganui to commence Homeward loading. It is to enable the loading time-table to be adhered to that, the Westmoreland is discharging South Island cargo- at Wellington. NORTHUMBERLAND EN ROUTE. The Northumberland I<jffc Liverpool on November 8 for Auckland, where she is due on December 16. Later she will' proceed to Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and New Plymouth. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS.
