LIVE MEN TRAPPED BELOW. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 11.30 Antwerp, hfoy. 20, Five were drowned in the Scheldt when the British steamer Hebble and a Continental freighter collided. The freighter sank in a few minutes and the victims were trapped below.
