SPECIAL ORDER DEFINING MANGAONE DRAINAGE DISTRICT. gjVTAT in pursuance and exercise ob the powers vested in it by Section 168 “Counties Act 1920” and of all other acts and powers (if any) it in that behalf enabling and in pursuance, of a petition of not less than, one half of the ratepayers of that part of the Waitara' Riding of the County of Taranaki as described hereunder the Taranaki County Council resolves by way of special order as follows: That the part of the Waitara Riding of the County of Taranaki as described in the schedule hereunder shall be a district for 'the purpose of. the construction arid maintenance of drainage works therein.
