Bransgroye, traffic inspector in Mount Eden, at the annual meeting of the Suburban Traffic Inspectors’ Association at Auckland. “The expert driver sees an opening and nine times out of ten he may get through, but the tenth time he fails. The new driver inay be a nuisance, but as a rille he is too careful to cause an accident.”
