ALLOCATIONS BY THE COUNCIL. By Telegraph.-—Press Association. Wellington, Nov. 18. At the annual meeting of the council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association among the officers elected were; Patron, Lord Bledisloe;

president, Mr. R. MeVilly; and treasurer, Mr. L. A. Tracy (Wellington). . . Track and field championships for the 1931-32 season were allocated to Auckland, the cross-country championship for the 1930-31 season to Auckland, and the road cycling championship for 1930-31 to Olago. Affiliation was granted to the Qtaki, Opunake and Taihape clubs. Reinstatement as aina eur competitors was granted J. M. Reid (Waimate. and G- W. Brett (Papanui).
