SPECIAL ORDER DEFINING MANGAONE DRAINAGE DISTRICT.; r J'HAT in pursuance and exercise of . the powers vested in it by Section 168 “Counties Act 1920” and of all other - acts and powers (if any) it in that behalf en abling and in pursuance of a petition of not less than one half of the ratepayers of ■that' part of the Waitara Riding, of the i -County of .Taranaki as described hereunder the Taranaki County Council resolves by way of .special order as follows: —— That the part of the Waitara Riding of the County of Taranaki’as described in the schedule hereunder shall be a district for the purpose of the construction and maintenance of drainage works therein. That such district shall be called the “Mangaone Drainage District.” That the proposed ‘Mangaone Drainage District” shall be constituted and come into force as from the eighth day of December, 1930. All documents, petitions, and plans relating to the proposed, Mangaone Drainage District are deposited at the Taranaki County Office, Robe Street, New Plymouth, and ar® open for inspection at any time during office hours for a period of six months from the passing of the above special order. The foregoing Special Order was passed at a Special Meeting of the Council held on November 3, 1930, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held at 2 p.m. on MONDAY, the Ist day of December, 1330.
