For the third day of the Canterbury Jockey Club’s metropolitan meeting the weather was fine and the attendance was equal to the average. The course was in fast order. The totalisator investments were £33,301, compared with £44,859 last year. The total to date is £115,702 10s, as against £154,673 last year, a decrease of £38,970 10s.
