EMPIRE AUXILIARY FORCES.

British Wireless. Rugby, Oct. 18. A Royal Warrant has been issued instituting a new decoration and medal for award to officers and other ranks of the territorial army, and also other auxi- r liary military forces throughout the Empire in which the service rendered is of a voluntary or-part-time character. They are to be known as the Efficiency Decoration and Efficiency Medal. Another Royal Warrant provides for the granting of a long service and good conduct medal, similar to the existing one, under standard conditions, for soldiers of all permanent military forces throughout the Empire. ?
