The 7 Opihi will load at Dunedin on Thursday for New Plymouth, via southern ports. (U.S.S. Co.) The John, from southern ports,js to load at Wellington to-day and Wanganui to-morrow for New Plymouth, where she 'i< to’ arrive on Wednes-. dav. She will proceed to Port Waikato. (Hooker Bros.). _ , The Karcpo loaded at Timaru on Friday and proceeds via Lyttelton, Wellington and Nelson to NeW Plymouth; where she is due about Wednesday. She will later proceed to Westport, (U.S.S. Lb.).

TONGARIRO IN DECEMBER] The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner TongarirO (8728 tons), is expected at New Plymouth on December 10 to load produce for the British markets. She is due. to arrive at Auckland on November 4 from Loildon and Liverpool. She reached Colon on Tuesday. Her cargo is for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin ami BltifL WAIHEMO AT NAPIER. The Union Company’s Waihemo arrived at Napier at noon on Friday from Lbs Angeles. She has Pacific Coast cargo for discharge at Napier, New Plymouth, Nelson, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. She is due here about Thursday. CONVERSION TO MOTOR POWER. The Richardson Company’s coastal steamer Parera has been converted into a motor-ship at Auckland. Other vessels bylonging to the same company which have recently been similarly converted are the Awahou, Koutunui and Koau, while the Pukeko is also to be converted. NIAGARA LEAVES VANCOUVER. The Union Company has received cabled advice that the liner Niagara left Vancouver at noon on Wednesday for Honolulu, Suva, Auckland and Sydney. She is due at Auckland on November 3. THE ANTIOPE. , The Antibpe, at New Plymouth last week, is unloading the remainder of her phosphate cargo from Casablanca at Wanganui. She is expected to leave Wanganui on Wednesday for Westport to replenish her bunkers before she proceeds to Makatea Island to load a phosphate cargo for Australia. HERTFORD IN PORT. The Federal Line steamer Hertford i arrived at New Plymouth early on Saturday morning tb"discharge cargo from west coast ports of Great Britain. The remainder of the cargo is for Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin from Avonmouth, Newport, Swansea, Glasgow and Liverpool. She will load dairy produce at New Plymouth for the British markets. The vessel will leave New Plymouth on October 28 and will subsequently complete loading at Wanganui, Wellington, Napier, Gisborne and Auckland. She is scheduled to sail from Auckland on November 23 for London, via the Panama Canal. RUAHINE LOADING. The Ruahine, at present loading dairy produce and meat at New Plymouth, will sail to-morrow evening to complete , loading. She is schedtiled to leave Wellington on October 28 for Southampton and London, via Panama. THE PORT BRISBANE. The Port Brisbane is due at New Plymouth to-morrow morning to load dairy produce aud other cargo to the agency of Collett and C0.,-but may be delayed at Wanganui by the weather. i SHIPPING TELEGRAMS.
