FO()TBALLERS' BALL. (From Our Own Correspondent.) A successful bull was held in the Mahoenui public hall on Friday, October 10. The football club committee decorated the hall with greenery mid streamers of black ami yellow and a further attraction was an electric sign showing the name of the dance to.be announced. Music was supplied by Miss Hogan (jiipno) and Mr. P. W<;I1 (violin). Extras were played by Airs. AlcNeice and Miss bollerinan. The Monte Carlo waltz was Wou by Afiss L. Bartlett and Air, B, (lellatly. The Ipcky spot fiance was won by Al.iss E. Qhapinan anfi Air. A. Burke. AuiPPg those present were Mesdapies Avery (b|acfi satin), Jones (black satin), MeNeice. (blue georgette), O'Dongnfiue (brown georgette) ; Alisses_K. Armstrong (pink tnffetiisj, L. Bgrtlptt (lemon silk lace), Al. Bartlett (eniCteßl green crepe de chine), E.
