CANADA NOT INVESTIGATING.
INVITATION FROM U.S. REFUSED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. , Rec. .7 p.m. Ottawa, Sept. 25. Canada will not send a representative to the United States inquiry into the Soviet’s short wheat selling. Word to this effect was dispatched by the acting - Prime Minister, Sir George Penley, to Mr. Hamilton Fish, chairman of the investigation committee, at New York today.
