CONTAMINATION OF CHEESE
DANGEROUS TINFOIL WRAPPING. GREASE-PROOF PAPER ADVISED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Sept. 23. Cheese wrapped in tinfoil might lie dangerous, according to a report received by the Minister of Health, which states that several wrapped cheese samples were analysed, but in no single case were they free from contamination by tin. Tiie Minister of Health adds that manufacturers will be well advised to prevent the actual contact of cheese and foil by grease-proof paper or other means.
