CELEBRATION AT DUNEDIN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. The functions arranged by the Otago ; Rugby Union for the celebration of its .< golden jubilee were commenced - tonight, when a successful smoke concert was held. Representatives of all periods in the history of the game in Otago were present, Mr. H. Harris, president of the union, presiding. Mr. A. E. Me- : Phail, president of the Canterbury Rugby Union, proposed the toast of the Otago Union, and Major King spoke on behalf of the Wellington Union.
