The British Rugby team’s final game jn Australia took place to-day against a West Australian combination. Britain won by 73 points to 3. It is 20 years sin. j a mutch was played at Perth against a British team. The visitors completely outclassed the locai team and gave an exhibition of brilliant passing and combination which will go far towards popularising the cede. A feature was a penalty goal Ry AL Carpenter, a former New South Wales player, from more than halfway. The final score was: Britain 73, Westralia 3. The attendance was 3500. The Britishers were lavishly entertained and then joined tho mailboat for England.
