SPECIAL ATTENTION TN BRITAIN. British Wireless. Rugby, Sept. 17. At the building exhibition opened at Olympia to-day a special feature is made of the means and material for excluding the noise of modern traffic. Sir Bannister Fletcher, president of the Institute of British Architects, ■ speaking at the opening dferemony, said British architects were devoting much attention to methods of noise absorption.
