HERTFORD AT PANAMA. The Federal Line steamer Hertford, which left Liverpool on August 16 with cargo from West Coast ports of Great Britain for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Port Chalmers and New Plymouth, is reported to have readied Panama on Tuesday.
