IMPERIAL CONFERENCE SPEECHES PRIME MINISTERS EXCEPTED. British Wireless. Rugby, Sept.. 3. The proposal to broadcast the speeches of the Prime Ministers at the opening Session of the Imperial Conference on September '3O has ben abandoned, but arrangements have been made for a special broadcast to be given by each of the six Prime Ministers during the period that the conference is meeting. It is stated that similar arrangements speeches by the leading delegates to the Indian round table conference, which will be held in London after the Imwork.
