It was announced that settlements had been reached *in actions brought under the -Wages Protection and Con-, tractors-’ Liens Act by Smart Bros., Ltd.> A. W. Morrison and G. Knight and G. F. Daly, against various defendants. These matters were accordingly struck out.’ v .
Counsel stated the claim by Smith and Smith, Ltd., against W. T. Ogilvie, for £238 10s. for goods sold '■ would not be ready for hearing this session. No fixture was made for the originating summons brought by S. E. Nielson (as trustee in the assigned estate of Daisy T. Parker) against A. Parker and the Atlas Insurance Company.. It was announced that the parties had signified their consent in the originating summons between M. M. S. Gatenby and another v. C. Karte and another in the estate of J. M. Gatenby, the question for determination relating to the postponement of . the sale of a farm. His Honour said he would pcruSe the papers and* decide whether he desired to hear counsel. ’ -
