CANADA MAKES ARRANGEMENT.

The method of financing the 1930 wheat' crop, it is understood, has been arranged by a, conference of the Dominion .aid Prairie provinces, Premiers and prominent bankers. Last .year s cauyover will not be involved in the details of the plan, which has not been announced.
