• TWO'MEN MISSING FROAI BULLS., By Telegraph.—Press Association. , Palmerston N., Last Night. Colin Campbell and Victor Diveman, residents of Bulls, were reported miss- ‘ ing to-night. It.is thought highly probable that they have been drowned in the Rangitikei.River as they left Bulls in an old boat early in the morning when the river was heavily in flood. They were seen at the Rangitikei Heads at 11 a.m. with the oars out. The boat was found at 6 p.m. on the north side of the heads. .
