She discharged and returned to the northern port last evening, being due back at New Plymouth on Thursday. (Northern Co.). The Totara loads at Lyttelton on Thursday for New Plymouth via Wellington. (U.S.S. Co.). The Kanna from Greymouth and Westport is due this evening with 900 tons. She proceeds to Auckland. (U.S.S. Co.). The Opihi has been delayed by rain and will not leave New Plymouth for Wellington and Dunedin until this afternoon. The vessel reloads at Dunedin about Friday. (U.S.S. Co.). The John * loads at Timaru on Thursday for New Plymouth, where she is due on August 18, via Lyttelton - jand Wellington. Later she proceeds to Port Waikato. (Hooker Bros;). . -

The Progress is due at New Plymouth from Wellington to-morrow. She sails for Port Waikato and to. Dunedin, where she loads on August 18 for New Plymouth, being due at New Plymouth on August 23, via Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. Later she proceeds to Port Waikato. (Hooker Bros.).

The Himatangi is due at New Plymouth to-day from Wanganui and later returns to Dunedin to load for New Plymouth via southern ports. (Hooker Bros.). LADY LEWIS ON SATURDAY. The tramp steamer Lady Lewis, which is due at Auckland from Nauru Island to-day to unload the Auckland portion of her phosphate cargo, will complete discharge at New Plymouth on Saturday when she will unload 2500 tons of . phosphates. Newton King, Ltd.,, are the New Plymouth agents. REMUERA TO-MORROW. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner is due at New Plymouth to-mor-row afternoon to load 13.000 freight carcases of meat and to discharge 1400 tons of London cargo. From New Plymouth the vessel proceeds to Port Chalmers, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington from which latter port she sails on August 29 for Southampton and London, via Panama Canal. POOLTA AT PORT STEPHENS. Advice has been received by the Union Shipping Company that the Poolta was to load at Port Stephens yesterday. Thence she loads at Newcastle prior to sailing for Wellington, New .Plymouth, Lyttelton and Bluff. PAKURA FOR OVERHAUL. The Richardson Company’s steamer Pakura, which arrived at Wellington on Sunday from Gisborne, is to lay up at the Wellington Patent Slip for overhaul and survey. The Parera is to take up her running in the Wellington-Napier-Gisborne trade, leaving Wellington to-day for those ports. The Pakura will be laid up for about a fortnight. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS.
