A claim by Ernest Harold Bosher for £l3O against Egyptian Lacquers (New Zealand), Ltd., for alleged wrongful dismissal was the subject of a judgment to-day by Mr. E. Page, S.M. Defendant had been engaged at £lO a week, but was under agreement to find £lOOO capital and this had not materialised. Mr. Page found for defendants, saying that the two men concerned, F.- L. Thomas and Lewis Quinlan, had been more than patient.
