EXCISIONS TOBE MADE FROM FILM

By Telegraph.— Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The censor's ban on the film “All Quiet on the Western Front” has been removed. This decision was made to-day by the appeal board which recently upheld the ruling of the Government film censor,. Mr. W. A. Tanner, but which after reviewing the picture decided that it might be screened pvhen certain excisions had been made. The board consists of Mr. H. M. Gore (chairman), Mrs. K. Preston and Mrs. E. J. Righton. The, report is being submitted to the Government by the chairman.
