COLLECTOR SANDBAGGED
BRUTAL SYDNEY ASSAULT. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 9.15 p.m. Sydney, July 31. Two foolpads sandbagged, brutally assaulted and robbed an elderly collector, Frederick Ryder, in tho Forest Lodge suburb in broad daylight to-day. Tho thieves searched Ryder’s bag which, however, contained no money. Then they escaped.
