NEW PLYMOUTH JULY FIGURES. An increatse in the number of births, a elight decrease in the deaths, and an increase in the number of marriages are revealed in the July vital statistics for the New Plymouth district compared with the figures of July, 1929. The largest increase was in births, which had shown a tendency to decrease in numbers during the half-year. In June births were down by 12, but during the past mouth they were 12 more than in July, 1929. The number of deaths was two less than the corresponding month of 1929'.
