SOLICITORS SUSPENDED

APPEAL COURT ADJOURNS CASE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, July 22. The application of the New Zealand Law Society for an order striking John Charles Carroll and John Ponsonby Somers, of Te Aroha, solicitors, off the rolls of practising solicitors of New Zealand, came before the Court of Appeal this morning. The Court being of opinion that the evidence before it was unsatisfactory and that the matter could not be dealt with at the present time, it’ adjourned the hearing until next sitting of the Court. In the meantime the two solicitors were suspended from practising.
