This business is of a formal nature, and should be disposed of in a very short time, after which Mr. R.. H. Quilliam, Solicitor, New Plymouth, and Mr. R. Day, New Plymouth Borough Inspector, will debate the following question:— “That the regulation of motor traffic either by the method known as the off-side rule, or by the method known as the on-side rule, is unsatisfactory." Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., will take the chair. As this question of traffic control is one of vital importance to every motorist, it is hoped that there will be a good muster of members, as the debate will certainly be very instructive.
