On an average payment of Is 3d per lb. for. butterrfat this season’s financial return . would be £7,970,187. Estimating, the value of last season’s production on the average payment of Is production for the eleven months yielded a return of £7,589,076. On that comparison the Auckland.. dairy farmers should be approximately £381,111 to the good this season.
