The belief of a woman that her brother is .the Dusseldorf “Jack the Ripper” murderer is one link in the chain of circumstantial evidence leading to the arrest of a man called “Fritz L." The man left Dusseldorf in November, and when asked if he knew why he was arrested he replied: “You think I am the Dusseldorf murderer.”
